Kit licensing
Elementor template kits are sold via Envato (ThemeForest). Each kit is licensed by Envato to the original purchaser. ViciThemes does not transfer, share, or include kits as part of any setup service. You must purchase the kit yourself before we can install it on your site.
Setup and build services
- Service timelines start when you provide hosting access and (for Full Setup) content.
- Revision rounds are bundled changes submitted together, not unlimited back-and-forth requests.
- Hosting and domain purchases are your responsibility — we do not buy them on your behalf.
Refunds
Setup services are refundable in full before work begins. Once installation has started, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed. Custom builds are governed by the agreement on wpvalet.co.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access, scrape content for resale, or use the site for unlawful activity).
Intellectual property
All branding, copy, and original artwork on vicithemes.com is owned by us or our licensors. Kits sold here are licensed by Envato under their standard terms — see the Envato license linked from the kit’s purchase page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, data loss, downtime).
