Frequently asked questions about our Elementor setup service
Yes — you need existing hosting and a domain before we can set up your site. If you need help choosing hosting, we recommend Cloudways, SiteGround, WP Engine, Kinsta, or Bluehost. We don't purchase hosting or domains on your behalf.
Yes — the kit purchase from Envato is separate. The setup service covers the installation and configuration. The kit itself is $24 on ThemeForest. Once you've purchased it, share the download file with us.
We include revision rounds in every package. Basic includes 1 round, Full includes 2 rounds. A revision is a set of changes submitted together — not individual back-and-forth requests. We want you to be happy with the result.
After payment, we'll send you a secure link to share your credentials. We store everything in an encrypted vault and only use access for your project. We remove credentials from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless you're on a care plan.
The clock starts when you provide your hosting access and (for Full Setup) your content — text, images, and logo. Not from the day of payment. This is important — please have your content ready before you submit the form.
Yes — we offer monthly WordPress care plans via WPValet from $39/month. This covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and small edit requests. Build clients get priority onboarding and no setup fee.
