Information we collect
- Contact details you submit through our setup-service form (name, email, website URL, hosting provider).
- Order details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full payment-card data on our servers.
- Usage data from cookies and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) — pages viewed, device type, referring source.
- Hosting credentials shared during setup. These are stored in an encrypted vault and removed within 30 days of project completion unless you are on a care plan.
How we use your information
- To deliver the service you requested (kit setup, custom build, care plan).
- To reply to inquiries and process payments.
- To improve the site and our services through aggregate analytics.
- To send transactional emails (delivery updates, payment links).
Sharing
We share data only with service providers we rely on to operate the site — for example Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our email tooling. We do not sell personal data.
